Jack Petchey Speak Out Challenge

On 1st July 2013, Maria Fidelis’ Morsale Ghafooar (Year 10), gave an outstanding speech about being an Afghan girl at the regional final of the Jack Petchey Speak Out Challenge. She had won the regional final in order to reach the Grand Final which was held in the Queen Elizabeth Hall at the South Bank Centre. She spoke with passion and conviction and won the audience over with her engaging manner. The school is very proud of her fantastic achievement and we look forward to hosting the regional competition in November.
