Maria Fidelis Smiles Campaign

The Smiles Campaign is a social justice project devised by the Sixth Form Leadership Team which involves compiling and distributing tote bags which contain hygiene products, sanitary items and non-perishable foods to rough sleepers around the area. 
In October, the Leadership Team working on the Smiles Campaign (Reyah, Dominika, Aiseosa, assisted by Nazifa and Shania) pitched their ideas to the Urban Partners Executive Committee and secured £1000 in funding from the UP Board. This is an enormous achievement. They also managed to persuade Havas to print the tote bags for them, and all businesses are now also donating items to go into the Smiles bags.
